I hold a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science — an unusual background for a cleaning company, and the reason Pretty B works the way it does.

Laboratory training taught me how bacteria actually behave: which organisms live on which surfaces, how long they survive, and what it genuinely takes to remove and inactivate them. So when I say a home is disinfected, I'm not using a buzzword. I'm describing a process I understand from the science up — the right products, the right contact times, and the right order of work.
